Proposal Assistance
RL WESTLY | COPYWRITER prepares proposals, content for proposals, and portions of proposals, and assists in design of proposals. Services include text, figures, tables, appendices, and handout materials. Services also include preparing specialized material for evaluation committee take-aways.
Proposals content and organization are responsive to requirements of parties requiring the proposals and are thoroughly discussed and planned with the customer prior to preparation.
Several years ago, Bob was the Chairman for an environmental professional group in Tampa, Florida called METRA-West, and helped develop an environmental public service announcement (PSA) that aired on WTOG Channel 44. This experience provided an understanding of the value of these television and/or radio spots to non-profit organizations.
Recently, Bob prepared a PSA for Personhood Florida to run on 1330 WEBY radio, broadcasting from the western Panhandle of Florida.
RL WESTLY | COPYWRITER creates 3D prints to assist in promoting your cause, service, and/or product.
OOTA Creations' 3D printer (MakerBot Fabricator 2) techiques were used to fabricate the two plaques shown in this image. The plaques are "printed" using a white biodegradable plastic. The printed raised lettering has been painted using standard model and craft paint. These plaques have magnetic tape on their backs for display on metal surfaces.
These plaques demonstrate the application of 3D printing in the copywriter's profession.

RL WESTLY | COPYWRITER (i.e., Bob) has prepared hundreds of slide presentations over a 42-year career in environmental assessment and consulting. From about 1976 to 1990, those presentations used overhead and slide projectors. The latter 22 years of that career, he produced his slide presentations using Powerpoint.
RL WESTLY | COPYWRITER prepares Powerpoint presentations primarily for two purposes: 1. to promote the services or cause of a custormer; and 2. to summarize information. However, RL WESTLY | COPYWRITER will prepare Powerpoint presentations for many applications. For example, one application which has gained in populality over recent years is the training "video." Visit a major manufacturing facility and it is likely that you will have to watch a safety training video before entering. That video likely will include a Powerpoint component or use Powerpoint as the vehicle for the visual training.
Currently, RL WESTLY | COPYWRITER is preparing a Powerpoint presentation for training on using Powerpoint. This Powerpoint is unique in that it is being prepared by Bob for his training of members of the local County's Chamber of Commerce - Powerpoint to train to use Powerpoint.
