All services (well, nearly all) are provided under Bob's State of Florida-licensed business, RL WESTLY, PLLC.

Bob's environmental services are detailed under the "Environmental Consulting" page which explains the breadth of services provided in assocation with SCS Engineers, Environmental Consultants and Contractors.  As such, further summary details are not included on this "Welcome" page.

 

RL WESTLY | TECHNICAL WRITER

 

Bob' technical writing services are detailed under the "Technical Writing" and "Copywriting Tabs." Bob writes only non-fiction materials which do not include non-fiction books.

 

THE NUMBER ONE BENEFIT of Bob's technical writing services is:  You have a writer to help you with that "thing" you need to write or write better!  Want Bob to take a look at your draft? Email it for a look-see.  You'll get an initial "first blush" review at no cost (it'll be pretty helpful but not comprehensive). If you'd like to become a customer/client, Bob will be happy to provide a quote via email or phone.  All quotes require personal communication with the potential customer/client, which is at no cost, even if a site visit is necessary. All customer/client materials provided to RL WESTLY | PROFESSIONAL WRITER are kept in strict confidence and returned to the customer/client upon request.

 

 

Just to sort out some potential confusion regarding Bob's copywriting services:

 

 

• "Copywriting":  The act of writing stuff, which is what RL WESTLY | WRITER is all about - but specifically, "copywriting" is writing promotional material.  Consider this: what written material is not promotional in some fashion?
  
  Bob does not provide copyRIGHTING services.  That's much different and here's that definition:

 

• ©)"Copyright":  The right of ownership of intellectual property.  It's that little "c" in the circle you often see associated with written material; but lots of other stuff either is copyrighted automatically or can be copyrighted under copyright law.  Copyright law is complex but can be summarized as follows:  The 1976 U.S. Copyright Act set protection of intellectual property at 75 years or the life of the author plus 50 years.  The Copyright Term Extension Act of 1998 extended the term to life of the author plus 70 years.  Corporate authorship also is included in copyright law and has separate terms.
